All about scale, speed, & global impact — and we’re bringing on trailblazers to drive that vision.Work Location: Malad West (Mumbai)Your Mission:As the Head of Strategic Initiatives and Transformation within the Founder’s Office, you will be the execution arm of vision. You will lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives from concept to closure using a Build–Operate–Transfer (BOT) model. You’ll define OKRs, establish frameworks and SOPs, pilot strategic programs, and hand over matured functions to business units.You will also act as the interface between Flipspaces and its key stakeholders — managing investor relationships, board-level communication, M&A pipelines, and strategic partnerships.What You’ll Do:Strategic Initiatives and Transformations ● Lead high-priority strategic initiatives across functions — from idea to execution and handoff. ● Build OKRs, tracking frameworks, and SOPs for initiatives to ensure ownership and scalability. ● Act as a transformation lead across departments, identifying operational gaps and solving them with speed and structure. ● Define measurable outcomes for pilots & transition successful initiatives to respective departments under the BOT model.Strategy + Execution ● Act as a "sudo CEO" for internal transformation mandates – integrating strategy with day-to-day execution. ● Collaborate across functions to drive outcomes without direct authority — through influence, urgency, and problem-solving ● Track initiative impact, define success metrics, and ensure long-term ownershipStakeholder & Investor Management ● Act as the Founder’s delegate for investor relationships, board communications, and business updates ● Manage investor MIS, board decks, query resolutions, and data-backed updates. ● Lead strategic acquisition efforts — from target identification to due diligence and integration✅ You Bring● MBA from a premier educational institution. ● Prior experience in a Founder’s Office / Chief of Staff / Strategy or Transformation leadership role. ● Exposure to investor relations, board management, and preferably M&A or fundraising workflows. ● Strong analytical skills — ability to structure problems, define metrics, and drive solutions. ● Top-notch communication — crisp written and verbal articulation, executive presence ● Proven track record in driving cross-functional initiatives and transformation projects. ● High ownership, bias for action, and a start-up mindset.Why Flipspaces ?● A rare blend of tech x design x manufacturing ● Leadership team with strong IIT/startup DNA ● High ownership, founder-led culture ● Rapid global expansion — be part of the journey
