This role is central to sustaining that momentum.Role Overview: This is a high-trust, execution-focused role supporting the Founder directly. You will act as a central integrator—managing tasks, tracking deliverables, maintaining visibility across sales, operations, and internal initiatives, and ensuring the founder’s energy stays focused on high-leverage outcomes. You’ll be the filter between the founder and operational noise. You’ll surface the right information at the right time, ensure follow-through, and create systems for daily accountability. This role is for someone who brings structure to chaos, communicates with clarity, and thrives in a founder-led environment.Responsibilities:Founder Execution Support Manage daily and weekly task trackers, meeting prep, and follow-ups Coordinate calendar flow, protect focus blocks, and preempt conflicts Prioritize founder action items across internal and external commitmentsSales & CRM Flow Maintain Close CRM data: leads, deals, stages, and hygiene Track sales and outreach activity, surfacing gaps or follow-ups Support outbound coordination and light-touch lead trackingOperational Coordination Maintain a centralized tracking spreadsheet of key accounts, warm allies, referrals, and opportunities Coordinate meetings across stakeholders and ensure updates are captured Manage communications cadence and internal check-insProduct, Project & Reporting Visibility Follow up on key deliverables across product, GTM, internal ops, and financial tracking Monitor open loops, missed updates, and status changes Elevate risks, blockers, or delays with clear, proactive communication Track alignment between founder directives and actual execution timelinesLinkedIn & External Support Support content flow and outreach via LinkedIn (optional, based on experience) Track responses, warm intros, and engagement with prospective contacts Draft or coordinate light communications on behalf of the founderTools & Skills Required Microsoft 365: Excel (advanced), Outlook, Teams, Word Close CRM (or willingness to learn quickly) Notion (task tracking, light dashboards) Strong written and verbal English communication High follow-through, discretion, and organizational integrityIdeal Candidate Based in India and available during full US hours 3+ years supporting founders or senior operators Structured, fast-moving, and clear in both planning and communication Comfortable tracking multiple projects and surfacing what matters Tech-fluent and able to work independently without micro-management Bonus: experience with sales ops, product ops, recruiting, or reporting functionsWhy This Role Matters The right hire will keep the founder focused on leverage, clients, and leadership.
