Job Title: SAP SD/SM Consultant Location: Hyderabad Employment Type:Full-Time Experience Level:Senior]Job Summary: We are seeking a skilledSAP SD/SM Consultantto join our team and support the implementation, enhancement, and support of our SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and Service Management (SM) modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP configuration, strong business process knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements and design solutions within SAP SD and SM modules. Configure and maintain: Order-to-Cash processes (Sales Orders, Delivery, Billing) Service Orders, Service Contracts, and Warranties Resource-Related Billing (DP90) Integrate SD and SM processes with other modules (MM, FI, PM). Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot system issues. Collaborate with ABAP developers for customizations and enhancements. Support end-user training and documentation. Participate in SAP rollout/implementation projects. Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and company standards. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field. 5+ years of experience in SAP SD and/or SM modules. Proven experience in configuration and process design. Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash and Service Management flows. Experience with SAP R/3 or S/4HANA. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: SAP Certification in SD or SM modules. Knowledge of integration with CRM, CS, or PM modules. Exposure to Service Notifications, Equipment Management, and Installed Base (IBase). Experience with project-based services or field service operations.
