Troubleshooting:Diagnose and resolve issues related to OpenShift, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. IT Process Management:Understand and adhere to IT processes, including incident, change, and problem management. Windows Server Management:Proficiency in managing Windows Servers, including patch management. Network Understanding:Strong understanding of networking principles and practices. Storage Management:Knowledge and management of storage systems and technologies including storage management in OpenShift (PV, PVC) Bare Metal Servers:Experience in bare metal server installation, rack and stack operations, and decommissioning servers, including examples such as DELL and HP ProLiant servers. VM Management:Experience in deploying, operating, decommissioning, and migrating virtual machines (V2V and P2V), managing the lifecycle of virtual machines in OpenShift and VMware. Rotational Shifts:Willingness to work on rotational shifts, including night shifts, to provide 24/7 support. Documentation:Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of systems, configurations, and processes. Collaboration:Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of systems. Monitoring:Continuously monitor system performance and security using Prometheus and Grafana to proactively address potential issues
