To enable the region and branches to achieve their monthly hiring targets. To manage a pipeline of up to 100 candidates with a view to convert 20+ hires to new starters per month.Responsibilities Engage inbound applicants Ensuring candidates are communicated swiftly, meeting our goal of first contact within [2 hours] of accepting their offer Adhering to the SLAs of contacting candidates every other day via phone, email, and text Supporting candidates to gather correct documentation, processing high volumes of References, DBSs and Right to Work checks Ensuring checks are are completed correctly with no errors, and all new hires are fully compliant with CQC regulations Booking candidates into Training sessions, liaising with trainers to arrange and confirm training dates Liaising with Branch Managers and Regional Directors to complete any necessary Risk Assessments for candidates Sending Contracts, completing Carer Sign Off forms, and co-signing off team member’s candidates Data entry and management of candidate files, Compliance Tracker, and Applicant Tracking System Escalate issues and blockages to Team Leaders in a timely fashionSystems and documentation Management of the Compliance and Daily Trackers by ensuring all activity is updated in real time Use the ATS to record all communication with candidates and ensure they are moved to the relevant status in real timeMeasures of success Number of new hires onboarded per week / month Number of candidates booked to and attending training sessions Time to hire (from candidate accepting their offer to first solo shift)Requirements 2+ years of experience as an administrator in an HR or Recruitment function Exceptional attention to detail Strong communication skills Organisational skills and ability to prioritise Strong interpersonal skills and able to work effectively and collaboratively across an organisation, within a team and as an individualWork Schedule As the client is UK-based, you will be required to work in UK daytime: 13:30 PM – 22:00 PM IST (9:00 am - 17:30pm GMT) Monday to FridayPay & Benefits Salary: 7 - 9 lakhs per annum Leave: 20 days of annual leave + 11 public holidays Fully Remote role
