Job Title: Senior Motion Graphics Designer Location: Bangalore Experience Required: 3+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We’re hiring a Senior Motion Graphics Designer to lead the creation of cinematic, UI-first product videos that tell compelling visual stories .You’ll work closely with our product, design, and marketing teams to turn static UI and feature ideas into engaging motion experiences that drive user understanding, trust, and delight. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end production of explainer videos, UI animations, product feature walkthroughs, and marketing videos. Animate product UI flows using Figma assets, device mockups, overlays, and transitions. Design compelling visuals with gradient backgrounds, cursor simulations, and layered motion. Collaborate with stakeholders on scripts, storyboards, and animation direction. Integrate voiceover, background music, and sound effects into motion assets for a polished experience. Deliver content optimized for LinkedIn, YouTube, in-app screen. Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of experience in motion graphics, visual storytelling, or product video design Strong proficiency in: Adobe After Effects Adobe Premiere Pro Illustrator / Photoshop Figma (UI import + layout animation) A portfolio showcasing: UI animations for mobile/web Explainer or product demo videos Visual storytelling with excellent pacing and typography Confidence working independently from storyboard to final export Bonus / Nice to Have Experience working in a creative agency or motion design studio Familiarity with: 3D motion tools (Blender, Cinema 4D) Lottie, Rive, or AI-based video generation (Runway, Pika Labs) Experience with fintech, AI, SaaS, or edtech products Sound design or music sync capabilities What You’ll Gain Creative ownership over flagship product videos Opportunity to shape the motion identity of a fast-growing mobile + AI product
