We're looking for talented folks with an eagerness to learn and build things fast. We are seeking a talented and passionate Frontend Software Engineer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality, user-facing web applications using the Angular framework. You will work closely with designers and backend developers to ensure a seamless user experience. Responsibilities: Develop dynamic, responsive, and engaging user interfaces using the Angular framework—build components, modules, and services that will last years Integrate with RESTful APIs and real‑time updates Collaborate with UX designers to turn wireframes into working code—pixel perfect with Design Libraries like PrimeNG Optimize performance: lazy loading, OnPush change detection, AOT builds Write unit & end‑to‑end tests (Jasmine, Cypress or Jest) Support your teammates—mentor juniors, design patterns, and help improve our UI tools Develop and maintain reusable components and libraries Contribute to the development of the team's coding standards and best practices You should bring: 3+ years building SPAs with TypeScript & Angular (ideally ≥ 2 years with Angular 12+) Solid HTML5/CSS3 skills; familiarity with responsive layouts Experience integrating REST‑APIs, and working with RxJS / Observables Attention to detail + habit of writing well‑structured, documented code Strong communication—open to code reviews, share your ideas in planning sessions Strong problem-solving skills Worked with micro‑frontends or component libraries across multiple apps Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work on challenging and impactful projects Collaborative and supportive work environment Flexible work arrangements What you’ll love: Real impact visible daily—your UI changes will be used by reps and staff across multiple states Mentorship, code reviews, pair programming—learn good engineering at scale Clean 2‑week sprints, short feedback loop, engineers fully in control Room to grow into leading a frontend guild or head of UI Our engineering culture: We call it “structured autonomy”: you own your product lane, but we peer‑review and think together Bias towards shipping new features fast, but also writing clean & testable code—no sloppy hacks Shared responsibility: frontend and backend developers own product roadmap input and interview feedback Learning never stops: internal tech talks, AWS certification help, and rotating code‑chef events Diversity & respect: honest feedback encouraged, zero tolerance for toxic behaviour (learned that the hard way!)
