Role Description Answer calls from customers in need of assistance Place calls to Car Workshops and introduce the Auto Aid solution Follow the procedure to input data into the admin portal Track the progress of ongoing service requests Communicate any problems, questions or concerns to supervisory staff Communicate respectfully and politely with customers & partners at all times Qualifications Proficiency in at least 2 Indian languages is a must (Hindi & English).
