Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Install, Configure, Monitor, manage, and ensure the reliability and availability of Boomi integration platforms in Linux environments. Design and implement monitoring and alerting solutions to identify infrastructure issues before they affect service levels. Perform root cause analysis for incidents, ensuring rapid recovery and proactive issue prevention Develop automation scripts and tools to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual interventions. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for critical incidents and implement preventive measures. Provide support for critical production issues related to Boomi integrations. Diagnose and resolve incidents, coordinating with cross-functional teams as necessary. Maintain and document operational runbooks, playbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Perform regular health checks, maintenance, and patch management for Boomi environments. Identify areas for improvement in system architecture, deployment processes, and performance tuning. Collaborate with development teams, cloud ops team, network team and other integration teams to implement performance optimizations and best practices. Stay updated with the latest developments in Boomi and cloud technologies and apply relevant advancements to the infrastructure. Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, processes, and procedures. Prepare and present regular reports on system performance, incident response, and reliability metrics. Experience in cloud - AWS/Azure/GCP and Monitoring/observability tools such as Datadog/Grafana or any other relevant tools is an added advantage. Experience: • 8+ years of experience in SRE, Production Support, or related roles, with a focus on Boomi platform administration.
