Job Title: Sr. / Lead Performance Marketer – D2C Specialist Location: Chennai (Work From Office – Let’s strategize, collaborate, and lead!) Role Overview Are you a performance marketing leader with a proven track record of growing D2C brands and managing high-performing teams? Do you excel at fostering client relationships and ensuring smooth communication between teams? As a Sr. Performance Marketer and Team Lead at F22 Labs, you’ll drive campaign success, mentor a team of marketers, and ensure seamless coordination with clients to deliver exceptional results. Campaign Management & Strategy Plan, execute, and scale performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and more for D2C brands. Leverage data and analytics to identify growth opportunities, scale winning campaigns, and maintain efficient ROI. Develop and optimize full-funnel strategies to maximize customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value (LTV). Continuously test and refine creatives, ad formats, and landing pages for improved performance and conversions. Team Leadership Lead and mentor a team of performance marketers, fostering growth and ensuring high performance. Set clear KPIs for the team, monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback. Organize training sessions and ensure the team stays updated on the latest marketing trends and techniques. Client Communication & Coordination Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and goals are met. Facilitate clear and consistent communication between clients and the marketing team. Present campaign performance, insights, and next steps to clients in a way that demonstrates value and builds trust. Proactively identify and resolve any client concerns or bottlenecks in collaboration with the team. What We’re Looking For Experience managing individual ad accounts of at least 50 lakh budget.  Experience working with international brands.  Experience working in fashion, apparel, lifestyle domain.  Experience with the luxury segment.  Constantly staying updated with new meta policies and updates on meta algorithms.  Aware of all the AI updates happening in the marketing space, especially when it comes to content creation, advertising strategy, ads management tools.  Understanding of server site API events.  Understanding of attribution and knowing your Facebook ads manager like the back of your hands.  A very data oriented person, someone who understands can look at the dash ads management dashboard and understand what is wrong, what is working, what is not working.  Ability to do audits with ad accounts and give deep reports.  Ability to have or manage client expectations and have conversations and keep clients calm when results aren't coming.  Someone who can stay calm under pressure, someone who can understand why results aren't coming and what needs to be done to improve or get better results. Manage and groom/train junior team members Good to Have Shopify and App Ecosystem Experience Knowledge of SEO and organic growth strategies.
