Job Description

Key Responsibilities : Role - Responsible for Sales of Printed Products by implementing Sales plan. To work with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process. 1. Develop efficient and creative sales strategies for the assigned territory 2. Coordination with sales / Design & development / Production team for generating new business / execution of jobs / meeting / exceeding sales plan 3. Develop New Customer Business / Approach Customers. Identify and Transalate the market opportunities in Western/southern Region into sales 4. Meeting targeted revenue and KPI of the products handled 5. Develop & Maintain Excellent Customer relations in the market 6. Interaction with all the leading customers for the development of new applications. Responsible for identification of market trends & prediction of their market impact within the assigned segment 7. Conducting Product Trials at Customers End. 8. Provide Solutions in Consultation with Technical Support 9. Effective & timely submission of Sales forecast / Complaint Register / PMS (Project Management Sheet) / Inventory management / Receivables/Follow up for payments 10. Handling quality concerns with the support of Plant Quality Team 11. To Developed and find new Opportunity 12 . Industrial Customer / segments Handling : Experience in the sales to Printed products/ OEM/ Automotives Industry Knowledge/experience of Printed products Qualifications B.E. (Mechanical / Printed/ any other) Experience in the sales to Printed/ automotives Industry Knowledge/experience of Printed products Minimum 5 Year experience in Sales/Marketing
