About the Role We’re looking for a sharp, data-driven Pricing Analytics Analyst to join our APAC Finance team. In this key regional role, you’ll drive pricing excellence and strategic decision-making by delivering actionable insights that fuel commercial success across diverse APAC markets. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial teams to support pricing decisions, improve margin integrity, and standardize pricing processes—ultimately helping us deliver consistent, profitable growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and pricing reports by country, customer, and product Deliver customer-level profitability and margin analyses to support pricing strategies Collaborate with cross-functional teams on pricing submissions and scenario planning Manage and maintain pricing data in SAP and Salesforce (SFDC) Support new product pricing, tender submissions, and floor price analytics Standardize pricing workflows and ensure compliance with approval processes What You’ll Bring Essential: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field 2–4 years’ experience in pricing, sales operations, or commercial finance Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail Proficiency in Excel and Power BI (or similar tools) Working knowledge of SAP (pricing module) Excellent written and verbal communication in English Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and in teams Desirable: Experience in healthcare, pharma, or B2B pricing Familiarity with Salesforce, tender submissions, and rebate/chargeback mechanisms Exposure to regional pricing operations or shared services environments Why Join Us?
