Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team. This is a work-from-office role, ideal for freshers eager to build a career in customer service within the hospitality and co-living industry. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails from clients and prospects. Assist with guest inquiries, room availability checks, pricing, and other service-related questions. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely, clear, and polite responses. Coordinate follow-ups, collect feedback, and escalate issues to the operations team when necessary. Maintain organized records of conversations and customer interactions. Support the sales and reservations team in tenant onboarding and move-in processes. Requirements: 0–2 years’ experience in a call center or customer service role (freshers are welcome to apply). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong focus on customer satisfaction and problem-solving. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. Must have own laptop with webcam. Flexible to work Singapore timings (9:00 AM – 7:00 PM SGT) with one rotational day off per week.
