We are looking for candidate with 5+ years of experience with Application support or production support and .NET or Java Monitoring tools- Grafana or Prometheus or Splunk or Dynatrace. If interested share your updated resumes on Responsibilities Hands-on experience with Incident Management Processes, ITIL, Service Now or Equivalent ticketing tool Proficiency in the Microsoft .NET stack (C#, , Asp. Net) or Java / At least able to debug source code Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Able to write SQL Queries, Stored Procedures As a Production Support Engineer, should have knowledge of SRE. Have worked on Incidents and Change Release handling Production Environment Participate in Release and Deployment process Work towards advancing the DevOps discipline across the enterprise Work with the team on manual support evaluation and provide recommendations on DevOps tooling and automation, wherever possible Experience debugging and performance tuning applications and services. Ability to debug and analyze windows, web server and application logs Ability to troubleshoot complex issues involving multiple systems Qualifications Education- BE, BTech any technical graduate Experience- 5 to 7 years NP- Immediate joiner 24x5 Shift Timing - Morning: 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM, General: 11:30 PM to 08:30 PM, Night: 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM Thank you
