Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive sales and client acquisition for our bespoke luxury sanitary ware solutions. The ideal candidate will come with a strong background in the luxury interior industry, established contacts with architects, designers, and developers, and a proven track record in selling premium/luxury products. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the interior design, architecture, and luxury real estate sectors. Drive sales of luxury sanitary ware and bespoke solutions to high-end clients. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including interior designers, architects, and contractors. Present brand offerings and bespoke concepts to potential clients and influencers through showroom visits, presentations, and site meetings. Work closely with the design and project teams to tailor solutions as per client requirements. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of global luxury sanitary ware trends, product innovations, and competitor activity. Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to promote the brand and expand market reach. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and prepare regular sales reports. Key Requirements: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in luxury interiors, high-end sanitary ware , or related industry. Strong network of contacts in the interior design, architecture, and premium real estate sectors. Proven track record of sales and business development in luxury or design-centric environments. Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills. Passion for design, innovation, and premium customer experiences. Self-driven, highly motivated, and target-oriented.
