What You’ll Be Doing Leading end-to-end control systems engineering projects – from concept through design, programming, testing, and site commissioning. Develop and configure complex coding for PLC, SCADA, HMI, and DCS systems. Program and troubleshoot PLC ladder logic, structured text, and function block diagrams. Decode complex DCS loops and program in simpler way Design and implement solutions using platforms such as: Siemens S7, Simatic PCS7, TIA Portal, WinCC SCADA Rockwell Automation, Allen Bradley ControlLogix, CompactLogix Wonderware & Ignition SCADA Perform FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing), SAT (Site Acceptance Testing), and on-site (overseas) commissioning. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team. What We’re Looking For Degree/Diploma in Instrumentation & Control, Robotics or a related discipline. Proven experience (6–10 years) i n design, development of PLC/HMI/SCADA & DCS and commissioning. Strong understanding of Batch & Continuous process control systems. Stong experience in process loops configuration Hands-on Batch programming with S88 and 21 CFR part 11, GAMP5. Experience of working with International customer s will be highly valued. Hands-on solving complex engineering problems and system troubleshooting. Willing to take challenging PLC programming tasks. Preferred but Not Mandatory Skills Exposure to MES and APC programming . Experience working with remote I/O systems, field instrumentation, and communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP). Knowledge of OT (Operational Technology) & Cybersecurity.
