Job Title: General Manager – Global Sales Department: Sales and Marketing No of Positions: 02 Location: 1. Europe 2. Asia Key Responsibilities: Take the lead in coordinating sales and marketing activities for Molbio in the region, ensuring alignment with Molbio strategic goals and performance metrics, to meet or exceed assigned sales targets. Work with global business lead to set targets which cascade down further to the regional teams. Lead the regional sales and marketing team to generate qualified leads for Molbio across all product lines, actively managing and supporting lead generation efforts. This involves identifying and mapping stakeholders in various government, NGO, and private settings with potential to buy or influence health diagnostics spending. Provide accountability for the development, management, and promotion of the brand "MOLBIO," ensuring that all sales initiatives align with the brand's values and objectives. Monitor and provide guidance to the regional sales team to ensure effective field performance, with a focus on customer satisfaction and the achievement of measurable results. Identify and establish potential business associates for Molbio within the region by showcasing and demonstrating Molbio’s platforms at trade shows, private events etc. Contribute to the development of Molbio’s business by providing training to partners and associates, ensuring a reasonable pricing strategy and driving business growth. Develop, initiate, and implement a sales and pricing strategy for Molbio product lines that aligns with its sales objectives and growth plans within assigned region(s) as and when required. Perform such other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by Molbio.
