Job Title: Senior Associate – Facilities Management Location: Panjim, Goa We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Management professional to oversee the day-to-day maintenance and infrastructure operations of our Goa center. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of all physical assets, maintain safety protocols, and manage third-party vendors for a seamless learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee maintenance of ACs, DG sets, RO systems, UPS, CCTVs, and fire safety equipment Manage classroom infrastructure including smart boards, lighting, IT equipment, and seating Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime Ensure compliance with safety standards and emergency protocols Handle vendor management for housekeeping, security, and other facility services Monitor and optimize utility usage – electricity, diesel, HVAC Manage stock, procurement, and asset tagging Maintain accurate documentation, records, and compliance reports Coordinate with regional administration for operational efficiency Qualifications: Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Facility Management preferred Prior experience in facility operations/maintenance will be an added advantage
