Job Overview A highly organized and driven Technology Product Coordinator is needed to join Tag Worldwide’s Business Intelligence team. This role is crucial in supporting the development and successful launch of innovative technology products. Responsibilities Responsibilities include coordinating development projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams on product requirements and strategy, managing product documentation and backlogs, assisting with product launches, monitoring performance, and ensuring quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Project Coordination: Working closely with project managers to monitor timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring projects stay within scope and meet deadlines. Communication & Collaboration: Serving as a point of contact for project updates, facilitating communication between teams (product, design, engineering, marketing), and ensuring alignment on goals. Documentation: Maintaining detailed documentation of product features, specifications, and project plans. Quality Assurance: Assisting with testing and quality assurance efforts to ensure product quality meets requirements. Product Backlog Management: Helping to maintain and prioritize the product backlog based on customer feedback and business needs. Product Launch & Support: Assisting with product launches, releases, and post-launch activities like user training and support. Performance Monitoring: Helping to build and monitor product service performance metrics. Required Qualifications Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of experience in a related technology role. Key skills include understanding the product development lifecycle and agile methodologies, strong organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities, and proficiency with project management tools. An analytical mindset is also required. Preferred Qualifications Preferred qualifications include experience in a SaaS or technology environment, understanding of UX design, familiarity with data analysis tools, and experience with CRM systems.
