Job Summary: We are looking for a seasoned and data-driven Global Marketing Manager to lead and execute multi-regional marketing strategies with a strong focus on MENA, Southeast Asia, and India markets. This individual will be responsible for strengthening our brand positioning, increasing market share, and driving demand generation in these key regions. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of regional marketing dynamics, localization strategies, digital campaigns, and stakeholder collaboration across international time zones. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Marketing Leadership Develop and implement a global marketing strategy tailored to the nuances of the MENA, Southeast Asia, and India markets. Define and lead regional go-to-market strategies, product positioning, pricing communication, and value proposition messaging. Align marketing initiatives with company growth goals and collaborate with sales, product, and executive leadership to drive performance. Integrated Campaign Management Design, execute, and measure omnichannel marketing campaigns across digital (SEO/SEM, email, social media), events, and offline channels. Plan region-specific content calendars, incorporating cultural sensitivity, language localization, and seasonal relevance. Leverage influencers, media platforms, and strategic partners unique to MENA, SEA, and Indian audiences to amplify reach. Regional Market Expertise Monitor and analyse regional market trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour to inform campaigns and strategic decisions. Conduct persona development, audience segmentation, and message testing specific to MENA, Southeast Asia, and India markets. Stay up to date on political, economic, and cultural factors impacting marketing opportunities or risks in these regions. Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with regional sales teams to align pipeline generation strategies and support deal acceleration through tailored enablement materials. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including product, creative, digital, and analytics to ensure marketing deliverables are on-brand and on-time. Manage local agency relationships and vendor contracts for media buying, PR, and translations as needed. Data & Performance Analytics Set and track KPIs for lead generation, conversion, campaign ROI, and brand visibility in focus regions. Deliver regular reports and insights to leadership on campaign performance and improvement areas. Optimize strategies based on campaign analytics, A/B tests, and feedback loops from the field. Budget Management Own and manage the regional marketing budget with accountability for spend efficiency and cost-benefit optimization. Forecast and allocate marketing spend by region, campaign, and channel. Brand & Thought Leadership Ensure brand consistency across all markets while maintaining flexibility to adapt to regional cultural relevance. Identify and lead sponsorships, speaking engagements, and event participation to build local thought leadership and brand trust. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 7+ years of international marketing experience with at least 3+ years focusing on MENA, Southeast Asia, and India . Proven success in developing localized strategies that drove significant brand and pipeline growth in emerging and growth markets. Deep knowledge of consumer behavior, digital platforms, and regulatory environments in the mentioned regions. Experience managing agencies, freelancers, and remote teams across multiple time zones.
