Job Description Manage IT projects end to end, being responsible for project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements, resource planning, project initiation and execution. Communicate effectively with senior client stakeholders in Scrum calls on project priorities, progress, and risks. Apply change, risk, and resource management principles on the projects on a daily basis. Resolve projects’ higher scope issues. Build excellent partnerships with client stakeholders and project teams. Coordinate and monitor the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of projects across the Delivery Unit. Aid in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes. Collaborate with the Sales Team to respond to RFPs. Requirements 10–14 years of overall IT experience, with at least 6 years in Project/Program Management. Strong experience managing software development life cycle projects and handling multiple technologies. Mandatory experience in managing projects in the eCommerce domain (e.g., B2C/B2B platforms, online retail systems, commerce engines). Thorough understanding of Agile principles for IT project/program management. Experience handling projects with Test-Driven Development (TDD) is a plus. Excellent knowledge of change management principles. Ability to understand and articulate both business and technology requirements. Must possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and client environments. Proficiency in MS Office; working knowledge of project management tools (Basecamp, MS Project, JIRA, etc.) is a strong advantage. Experience working in iterative and multi-disciplinary environments. Outstanding leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
