Your Key Responsibilities OTA & Channel Expertise : Handle OTA extranets like a pro (, Expedia, Agoda, GoMMT, etc.) and ensure rates and availability are perfectly synced. Channel Manager Management : Work with tools like Rategain or TARS — update, audit, and optimize across all platforms daily. Rate Optimization & Yield Strategy : Analyse trends and competitor pricing to drive rate recommendations. Be hands-on with BAR rates, promotions, and inventory controls. Reporting & Analysis : Create daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports (pickup, pace, segmentation, etc.) and translate them into real-time decisions. Support Sales & Front Office : Coordinate with the Sales, Reservations, and Front Office teams to align selling strategies and forecast demand accurately. Work With Accor Tools : Learn and work on Accor’s proprietary systems including RM tools, RMS, and business intelligence dashboards. Who We’re Looking For 1–3 years of revenue management experience (hotel or OTA-side). Strong understanding of OTA platforms and a channel manager. Detail-oriented with a love for spreadsheets, dashboards, and dynamic rates. Analytical thinker who enjoys diving deep into numbers and trends.
