We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Chief business officer (CBO) to lead the strategic direction, growth and commercial performance of the India business unit. The CBO will oversee sales, marketing, customer success and play a critical role in scaling the company and positioning it as a leader in digital and IT services. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company growth goals. Identify new markets, customer segments, and business opportunities. Collaborate with CEO, President and executive team to shape organizational growth and positioning. Revenue Management Drive top line revenue through new business acquisition, account expansion and strategic partnerships Lead P&L management across India and GCC Analyze performance metrics, forecasts, and trends to inform decision-making Team Development Build, mentor and lead high-performing business development and account management teams Innovation & Market Intelligence Stay ahead of IT industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs. Advise the leadership team on market conditions, pricing, and service positioning. Drive adoption of AI, automation, and digital tools in the sales function. Desired Skills 20+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in the IT Services & Solutions industry, of which the last 3 years have necessarily been selling of IT services to Indian enterprises and GCC Proven track record of scaling revenues, managing large teams, and closing multi-million-dollar deals. Experience of selling Data, Analytics, cloud services, CRM, digital transformation and enterprise IT solutions. Strong relationships with leading OEM’s like AWS, Microsoft, Salesforce, Adobe Ability to leverage personal client network in GCC and Indian enterprises BE or MBA
