We work with corporates to reduce stress levels of employees, enhance team management and resolve emotionally challenging crises. Role Description As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, the candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive psychological services to individuals and corporates. The role requires providing assessments, interventions, psychological testing and clinical supervision to clients. This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune. Qualifications Expertise in Psychology and Counseling Psychology Experience in Mental Health assessments and interventions Proficiency in Psychological Testing and Clinical Supervision Ability to work with diverse populations and to maintain a deep understanding and sensitivity to the needs of clients A valid license as a Clinical Psychologist in the state of Maharashtra Master's degree or PhD in Clinical Psychology or related field Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Relevant experience and certifications will be viewed as highly desirable.
