Senior Manager – App Analytics & Product Insights As part of its digital-first growth strategy, FPL is expanding its App Analytics & Customer Insights team. We are looking for a seasoned analytics leader to drive user engagement, feature adoption, and product-led growth across our mobile app. This is a high-impact role that directly shapes how millions of customers experience our credit card platform. Key Responsibilities End-to-End App Journey Analytics: Own and optimize all key user journeys in the app, including: Onboarding and KYC completion Card activation and first transaction Feature discovery and adoption (EMI, rewards, credit line usage) Churn prevention and retention strategies Experimentation & A/B Testing: Design, monitor, and interpret A/B tests to guide decisions on UI/UX changes, nudges, onboarding flow improvements, and gamification. Behavioral Segmentation & Insights: Build advanced cohorts and micro-segments to identify high-friction areas, power users, and conversion drivers. Metric Ownership & Reporting: Define and track key KPIs such as: App MAU/DAU Activation and conversion funnel Session frequency and depth Feature usage and retention Customer satisfaction metrics (NPS, CSAT) Feedback Integration: Convert insights from user feedback (reviews, NPS comments, customer support tickets) into product and engagement improvements. Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with Product, Design, Growth, Engineering, and Marketing to prioritize initiatives backed by data. Engagement & Lifecycle Support: Identify trigger events for lifecycle campaigns, enabling hyper-personalized nudges and in-app experiences. Data Stack & Event Taxonomy: Lead the development of event tracking plans, funnel instrumentation, and self-serve dashboards in partnership with Data Engineering. Qualifications Experience 8+ years in app/product analytics, preferably in consumer internet, fintech, or high-scale mobile apps Experience leading cross-functional analytics efforts with strong business impact Prior exposure to fast-scaling digital environments (fintech, e-commerce, or super apps) is a plus Technical Skills Advanced SQL expertise Proficiency with app analytics platforms (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Firebase, Clevertap, or equivalent) Hands-on experience with BI tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker Bonus: familiarity with Python/R for deeper analytical modeling Education Bachelor’s or Master’s in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related quantitative field Ideal Profile Strategic thinker with a product-first mindset Proven ability to translate analytics into design, roadmap, and engagement decisions Strong communication and storytelling skills for stakeholder alignment Analytical rigor with an eye for detail and data quality Curiosity-driven and relentless in improving user experience Why Join Us?
