Job Description

Success in business is achievable only through collaboration and collective growth; it is rarely a solo effort. The idea behind the ASCENT Foundation stemmed from this—to bring together ambitious entrepreneurs and provide them with a conducive environment to exchange experiences, solve challenges, and scale their businesses together. Founded in 2012 by Harsh Mariwala (Chairman, Marico Ltd.), ASCENT is a not-for-profit initiative empowering over 1,000 entrepreneurs across India. It operates through peer-driven ‘Trust Groups,’ fostering knowledge sharing, collaboration, and collective growth. By harnessing the ‘Power of the Collective,’ ASCENT cultivates a dynamic entrepreneurial ecosystem. The North Chapter Lead will be responsible for nurturing and expanding ASCENT’s presence in the Delhi-NCR region. You will work closely with entrepreneurs, facilitators, and ecosystem partners to deepen member engagement, drive new member on-boarding, plan and execute events that reflect the spirit of entrepreneurial peer learning. This is a strategic and execution-heavy role that blends community building, program design, and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities: Be the point of contact for all Trust Groups (TGs) in the North Chapter, with a strong focus on relationship-building and group health. Conduct periodic check-ins with TG facilitators and members to assess group dynamics, participation, and support needs. Use qualitative and quantitative tools to identify and address early signs of disengagement. Build a pipeline of prospective members through referrals, ecosystem events, and targeted engagements. Identify and nurture partnerships with incubators, VCs, Founder communities, and business networks in Delhi-NCR. Represent ASCENT at local entrepreneurial and industry events to enhance brand visibility. Collaborate with central team to co-design local campaigns, visibility drives, and ecosystem collaborations. Conceptualize and lead execution of location events including chapter huddles, mixer events, and knowledge sessions. Align events with member needs, current trends, and the ASCENT vision of peer-driven growth. Manage end-to-end logistics, speaker curation, post-event reflections, and documentation. Maintain dashboards to track chapter health: TG vitality, member retention, new joiners, engagement metrics. Co-lead chapter strategy review discussions with the Central team. Ensure all activities align with the broader strategic goals of ASCENT Foundation. Relevant Profiles can email at:
