Develop and implement test plans & strategies for validating software quality. Design, build, and maintain automation frameworks for UI, API, and database testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Dev, Product, QA) to refine requirements and define test criteria. Execute automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG, REST-assured , etc. Drive CI/CD integration of test automation pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab). Conduct root cause analysis on defects and partner with developers for resolution. Conduct performance testing using JMeter or similar tools. Contribute to code reviews, testing standards, and best practices. Participate in Agile ceremonies and deliver in a continuous testing environment. Focus on risk mitigation , test environment setup , and test data management .
