Job Title

Purpose of the Job: Develop SAP ABAP programs in SAP HR domain for enhancements and new projects. He may be required to work in individual capacity or may be a part of the team, depending on the size of the project. The requirements will be given by relevant functional consultants in the area Domain Knowledge: • SAP HCM ABAP programming for following modules: PA, OM, Time Management and Payroll India • Knowledge of Clusters and Tables and Info Types • Worked on User Exits and BADI’s • Must have developed multiple reports and BDC programs • Should have experience in SAP HCM ABAP Programming o Reports o Enhancements o User Exits o Smart Forms o BDC o BAPI o ALV o RFC o Data Dictionary o Debugging • Hands on experience of ALV programming and ABAP Web Dynpro • Knowledge of SAP Workflows and IDOCs Duties & Responsibilities: • Receive requirements from SAP Functional Consultants and interpret the requirement • Basis the requirement, prepare Technical Specification document (TSD) • Develop/Enhance ABAP programs based on the (TSD) • Support in Unit Testing • Conduct code review for peers • Manage transport request until moved to production environment ensuring the change management process is followed Qualifications: Essential qualifications • BE / B.
