Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure timely availability of materials. Lead or support improvement projects related to cost savings, digitization, or process optimization. Ensure on-time completion of projects and regularly prepare reports for management. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for management review. Maintain KPI decks and develop Power BI reports based on business needs. Plan and validate supplier capacity against monthly and future production needs. Support supplier development and ensure effective communication for capacity enhancement. Review monthly production plans and ensure material availability in alignment with capacity. Highlight potential shortages proactively and develop mitigation plans. Maintain safety stock levels based on historical consumption and lead times. Monitor and control aged inventory and excess stock; propose liquidation or rescheduling actions. Track and trace materials from suppliers to shop floor to ensure on-time delivery. Plan and monitor logistics, including pickups from suppliers, returnable pallet loops, and packaging requirements. Need to coordinate with Monitor parts availability to maintain 100% uptime of production lines. Release POs as per demand and follow up for timely deliveries; reconcile open POs. Coordinate with suppliers for rejection clearance and maintain a rejection tracker. Ensure compliance with cycle count and physical inventory procedures; drive corrective actions for variances. Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the management Work Experience Requirements: Knowledge of inventory control methods, demand planning, and logistics coordination. Sound knowledge of ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / MS Dynamics). Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data handling for reporting and dashboards. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Have knowledge in strong strategic planning. Ability to work independently and cross-functionally under tight deadlines. Education - B. Tech/B. E Experience - Similar working experience for 6-9 Years, supply chain, logistics, or material planning (automotive or manufacturing preferred).
