Jole Description: Executive Administrative Assistant ( Location- Ludhiana) Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Sunday Off & Government Holidays Off) This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Administrative Assistant at Akcm Insu Auxiliary Pvt. Ltd. , a company engaged in the pre-inspection and valuation industry . The Executive Assistant will support the Managing Director in daily operations, act as a bridge between teams, and ensure efficient task execution across multiple business verticals. Key Responsibilities Manage executive schedules, meetings, and calendar Act as a task delegation coordinator between the MD and a team of 17–20 employees (via task management software) Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks by coordinating between departments Handle routine operations and internal office matters across both AKCM and associated companies Resolve client escalations and sensitive franchise-related issues professionally Assist in hiring tasks such as sourcing candidates, initial screening, and coordinating interviews Support both the inspection/valuation business and cosmetics/pharma division in administrative coordination Prepare reports, maintain Excel-based tracking sheets, and handle documentation Coordinate travel arrangements, vendor communication, and event logistics Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all communications Liaise with internal teams including digital marketing and operations staff Provide general administrative support and act as a dependable point of contact for daily office needs Qualifications & Skills Strong English communication (written & verbal) Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office Suite Experience in task delegation or coordination using software tools Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities Ability to manage cross-functional tasks across diverse teams Prior experience in handling escalations or client service issues Exposure to basic hiring processes is a plus Professionalism in handling sensitive matters Graduation or equivalent qualification preferred
