Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and business-savvy Business Analyst with strong working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle , or similar. The ideal candidate will not be involved in direct ERP implementation but will play a crucial role in understanding customer requirements , identifying potential customizations or configurations in existing ERP environments, and working closely with technical teams to translate business needs into actionable specifications . Key Responsibilities: Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business processes and how they interact with ERP systems. Analyze customer pain points and suggest ERP-level customizations or configurations to meet business needs. Bridge the gap between non-technical business users and technical developers by clearly articulating requirements. Create functional specifications, user stories, process maps, and wireframes based on business needs. Support solution design discussions and ensure proposed changes align with ERP capabilities. Document current and future state business processes with a focus on efficiency and scalability. Collaborate with ERP consultants, solution architects, and development teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment. Participate in testing, user validation, and feedback collection to refine delivered solutions. Maintain clear and organized documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements: Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field. 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in projects involving ERP platforms. Experience working with or around ERP systems like SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, etc. Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of ERP modules (Finance, SCM, Procurement, Sales, etc.) and their business impact. Ability to quickly learn and analyze ERP workflows, data models, and business rules. Excellent skills in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication. Proficient in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and process mapping tools like Lucidchart or Visio. Familiarity with software development lifecycle (Agile/Scrum) and working with development teams. Preferred Qualifications: Exposure to ERP customization/configuration projects. Background in industries like manufacturing, logistics, finance, or services.
