Essential Skills 10 to 15 years of work experience in ERP solutions, with at least 6+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Financials modules. Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP Financials modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, and Financial Reporting. Proven experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations and architectural design, including integrations with other Oracle Cloud and third-party systems. Minimum 4 end to end Oracle Fusion implementation project experience. Expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials configuration, data migration, and integration strategies. Hands-on experience with Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and other Oracle reporting tools for designing and implementing financial reporting solutions. Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and how it relates to the architecture of financial solutions in Oracle Fusion. Excellent project management skills, with a proven ability to lead complex ERP implementations from design to delivery. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and functional issues within the financial modules. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with senior business leaders and technical teams.
