Job Summary We are hiring a CRM Manager to implement and manage the local CRM system, ensuring accurate PSI data collection and compliance. Key Responsibilities Implement and maintain CRM systems for Accra BMMC. Validate and analyze PSI data to support decision-making. Ensure compliance with data governance policies. Train staff on CRM usage and best practices. Qualifications and Skills Masters in Marketing, Business, or related field. 3+ years in marketing, preferably in the ceramic/tiles industry.
