Our products are designed to enhance the efficiency and quality of foundry operations. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for an Assistant Service Manager. The Assistant Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing service operations, coordinating with clients for service-related issues, ensuring timely maintenance and repair of equipment, and managing a team of service technicians. Additional responsibilities include tracking service metrics, reporting on service activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications Needs travelling and working in customer site exposure. Technical knowledge of fettling shop equipment, including grinding, degating, and cutting tools Team management and leadership skills Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Experience in the foundry industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or related field
