Job Title: Test Engineer (Manual / Automation) Job Type: Quality Assurance / Testing Experience Level: 3–4 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Test Engineer with 3–4 years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with test case design, execution, defect tracking, and test automation frameworks. The role requires strong analytical skills and a passion for delivering high-quality software in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for web and backend applications. Perform manual testing for functionality, regression, and system integration. Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools. Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other QA engineers to ensure high-quality releases. Participate in sprint planning and Agile ceremonies. Conduct root cause analysis and suggest preventive actions. Maintain test documentation and contribute to process improvement initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3–4 years of experience in software testing with a mix of manual and automation testing . Strong knowledge of: Software testing lifecycle and QA methodologies Writing and executing test cases and test scenarios Bug tracking tools (e.g., ADO, Jira) Test automation using UiPath, Selenium Basic understanding of SQL for backend validation. Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude. Preferred / Additional Skills: Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automation integration. Familiarity with version control systems like ADO/Git. Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams. Experience testing APIs using tools like Postman or similar.
