Job Title: HR Business Transformation Sr Manager/VP– Hire to Retire Process Job Description: We are seeking professionals with 10+ years of experience in HR Business Transformation to drive process improvement initiatives across the Hire to Retire (H2R) lifecycle, with expertise in HR process optimization, change management, stakeholder engagement, and Six Sigma methodologies. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end transformation projects across the Hire to Retire lifecycle including Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Workforce Management, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Payroll, and Exit Management. Identify process gaps and inefficiencies and develop strategies for optimization using Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Partner with HR, Business, and IT stakeholders to drive standardization, automation, and simplification of HR processes. Conduct detailed process mapping, gap analysis, root cause identification, and define future-state processes. Contribute to digital HR initiatives leveraging tools like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or other cloud-based HR platforms. Mentor junior team members and act as a subject matter expert on H2R processes.
