Job Title: Junior Engineer - Planning Job Summary: We are hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Planning Engineer to join our site-based planning team. The role involves tracking project schedules, coordinating across departments, and supporting timely and cost-efficient project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and update project schedules using MS Project / Bar Charts . Monitor site progress and provide fortnightly planning & resource reports . Coordinate with HO teams Contracts, Design, Development, Estimation, and Planning. Track manpower deployment, material usage, and work completion weekly. Submit daily progress reports and assist in project budget monitoring. Maintain documentation for variation works and support engineering team coordination. Conduct weekly review meetings and circulate Minutes of Meeting (MoM) . Liaise for project coordination, commissioning, and deliverables tracking. Identify construction delays and propose corrective action plans. Analyze site productivity and assist in cost control. Requirements: Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering 2 - 5 years of experience in real estate project planning (high-rise preferred) Proficiency in MS Project , AutoCAD , and MS Excel Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills Ability to work under deadlines and manage multi-site schedules
