Job Title : Sales & Marketing Manager Location: Faridabad, Haryana Department: Sales & Marketing Job Summary: Were looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our business growth in the cleanroom equipment and air filtration domain. If you have a solid background in B2B technical sales (especially in cleanroom, HVAC, or filtration products) and enjoy building client relationships while driving marketing campaigns, this is the opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities: Marketing: Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns (email, trade shows, digital marketing, product launches). Coordinate development of sales/marketing material (datasheets, brochures, presentations, videos). Work with technical and design teams for accurate product positioning. Manage website, SEO, and LinkedIn campaigns to enhance brand presence. Monitor competitor activity and market trends for strategic insights. Sales: Drive sales of cleanroom equipment: HEPA/ULPA filters, terminal housings, biosafety cabinets, air showers , etc. Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Identify and onboard new clients from sectors like pharma, biotech, healthcare, electronics, and labs . Handle key accounts, consultants, and channel partners. Conduct client meetings, technical discussions, and on-site product demonstrations. Manage proposals, respond to RFQs/RFPs, and ensure accurate commercial submissions. Team & Coordination: Lead and mentor a team of sales & marketing executives . Work cross-functionally with production, design, and service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Provide market feedback to product development for innovation and improvement. Track and report sales performance and pipeline to senior management. Qualifications: Bachelors degree (Engineering or Science preferred); MBA in Marketing is a plus. 5-8 years of experience in industrial sales & marketing (preferably cleanroom, filtration, HVAC, or life sciences equipment). Strong understanding of technical standards like ISO 14644, EN 1822, ISO 16890, and HVAC systems. Proven track record in B2B technical sales and client management. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with compliance norms: GMP, ISO, NABL, GLP, FDA . Hands-on experience with CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and ERP systems . Proficiency in MS Office, and tech-savvy approach to sales tools. Willingness to travel for meetings, exhibitions, and client support.
