Job Description

Role - The purpose of this role is to improve the HR Processes with minimum cost andoptimum utilization of resources. The same is achieved through co-ordinationbetween EDC's and HO to attain process discipline through monitoring & training. This will be accomplished by:• Talent Acquisition• Talent Management• Talent DevelopmentThe opening is for Contract Logistics vertical.KRA -End to end life cycle management of employees covering entire gamutof HR for the EDC/RegionPartner Talent Acquisition team for optimum manpower availability inline with the budgeted cost for the EDCManage new hire assimilation process through facilitating onboarding,orientation and deployment as per structure and normsBuild a communication channel to ensure robust and transparent twoway communication between HR and employees creating HR visibilityand credibility in the EDCDevelop HR intelligence in the field with a micro view ofundercurrents and take pro-active measures to identify, retain andring-fence top performers and drive performance oriented cultureContinuously engage employees in all locations through sustainedemployee engagement/CSR initiatives, R&R and people connectChampion people cause through grievance handling andmanager/culture related issuesDriving HR initiative in the EDC including PMS and TrainingPartner with business and drive HR initiatives in-line withorganizational/people needsEnsure statutory and disciplinary compliance as per standing orders,COC and disciplinary matrixFunctional Competencies -Demonstrates core behaviors, such as accuracy, consistency, reliabilityand rapport with clients/colleaguesAbility to establish rapport and earn the professional respect of linemanagers and business heads.Ability to engage with others in the organization in a mannerperceived to add value and enhance business success and guideeffective decision makingStrong critical thinking skills demonstrated by the ability to solvecomplex problems using logical and empirical methodsAbility to lead a team or professionals, delegate work, manageperformance and take responsibility for the function-wide workqualityUnderstands key financial indicators, knows the business, the marketand industry and has an ability to link hiring outcomes to businessneeds.Behavioral Competencies -High Energy levels with a positive attitude Pleasant and Smart to interact with Business Heads Organized planner, good team player Good Communication skills Good, independent judgment Excellent people and relationship management skills Ability to work unsupervised.Location - Patna (Fatwa)Experience - 3 to 4 yrsQualification - Graduate/MBAThanks
