FacilityBot is a fast-growing Facilities Management (CMMS) SaaS platform. As FacilityBot continues to expand globally, this hire will be a key member of the team focused on converting leads to sales. This is a quota-carrying freelance position based remotely in Bengalaru, India.The ideal candidate is a results-driven sales professional with a proven track record in meeting SaaS sales targets. You are expected to be independently driven, collaborative, and organized, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Tech-savviness and the ability to understand our software is crucial. Previous experience in Facilities Management or related sectors is a bonus.Exceptional performers will have opportunities for progression to management roles.Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation and Conversion Participation in and conduct of online client demonstrations Establish partnerships with relevant channel partners (e.g. FM Companies FM Consultants, CMMS Resllers, IoT vendors) Source, prepare and pitch for CMMS Tenders Engage with the local Facilities Management industry, including building strong relationships with key executives in Facilities Management Companies; participation in local Facilities Management Associations Participate in relevant events and conferencesRemuneration Base + Sales Commissions Attractive On-Target Earnings Potential for career progression within FacilityBot
