Job Title: Retail Sales Associate Job Summary: The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection, maintaining store appearance, and driving sales to meet store targets. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and ascertain their shopping needs. Assist customers in finding products and provide product knowledge and recommendations. Operate cash registers, handle cash, credit, or check transactions accurately. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and merchandise displays. Restock shelves and manage inventory. Process returns and exchanges according to store policy. Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales. Resolve customer complaints or refer to management when necessary. Stay informed about current promotions, policies, and store events. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and deadlines. Qualifications: Graduation is required Previous retail or customer service experience a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Basic math skills and ability to operate a cash register. Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude. Ability to stand for long periods and perform light physical tasks such as lifting merchandise.
