Job Description

Job Title: We are looking for dynamic Marketing professionals with 5 - 8 years of work experience in Marketing, Brand Management from Automotive/ Auto ancillary industry. Job dimensions Responsible for strategic planning for Passenger Car Motor Oil category for TotalEnergies and elf brands. Develop segment specific marketing strategy, analyze market trends, manage product assortments, develop pricing strategy and work with cross-functional team to enhance the brand position in the market. Activities Develop and execute category strategies to achieve sales and profitability goals, setting objective and implementing marketing activities. Conduct market research, analyze trends, assess the competitive landscape and identify growth opportunities. Manage the product lifecycle for the category, new product development and optimize range Establish pricing structure, trade marketing and schemes considering competitor pricing and consumer behavior. Work closely with sales, marketing, sourcing and supply chain to ensure successful product launches, promotion and overall category performance. Accountable for P&L of the category, ensuring delivery of volume, margin. Monitor and analyze product performance, market trends and KPIs to identify areas of improvement. Develop and implement marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and increase brand awareness. Responsible to coordinate with Global marketing team for global inputs on brand Accountabilities Overall Performance/market share growth of the segment- Heavy Duty Diesel Engine oil & Auxiliary Products Effectiveness of A&P marketing spend for the segment Closely monitor sales performance and business environment to identify opportunities & threats Ensure effective execution of marketing projects through Sales team Product/Price positioning & brand strategy
