The Shop Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, overseeing store management, and delivering exceptional customer service and experience. Key tasks include staff management, maintaining inventory, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene, and driving sales and profitability.Qualifications Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with staff and customers Operations Management and Store Management skills for ensuring smooth daily operations Strong Customer Service and Customer Experience skills to provide high satisfaction Experience in retail or food and beverage industry is a plus Proven ability to manage and motivate a team Flexible and adaptable to store needs
