Job Title

We are looking for an experienced Product Development specialist to lead the development and innovation of sealant products within our organization. This role is based in Alandi (Pune). The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in sealant chemistry, a strong understanding of customer application requirements, and experience in managing a team of formulation chemists or scientists. Lead the end-to-end development of sealant products (PU, MS, silicone, epoxy, and other chemistries) from concept to commercialization. Translate market and customer needs into product specifications and development plans. Manage a small team of chemists and technicians; provide technical guidance and foster a culture of innovation. Conduct lab trials, application testing, and performance evaluation. Collaborate with external partners or customers for co-development or product customization. Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, production, and quality to ensure timely and successful product launches. Benchmark competitor products and identify improvement areas in existing product lines. Ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality, and environmental regulations during product development.
