Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customers after the sale is closed Manage the complete customer life cycle-from booking to possession and beyond Coordinate with internal teams(sales, legal ,finance, construction)to address customer queries and concerns. Provide regular updates to clients regarding construction progress, documentation and hand over timelines Handle customer complaints or escalations in a timely and professional manner. Oversee documentation processes including agreement execution , payment schedules and registration. Ensure timely collection of payments and followup for outstanding dues. Organise and conduct site visits, client meetings and property handovers Build strong, long lasting customer relationships to improve client retention and referral business. Qualifications BBA/MBA or related field with minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate/automobile industry. Required Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in MS office and CRM software. Good understanding of real estate documentation and post sales processes. Ability to handle pressure and multitask and manage client expectations effectively.
