The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, managing customer interactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include prospecting new clients, following up on leads, preparing sales reports, and maintaining effective communication with potential and existing customers. This role combines sales and marketing responsibilities to promote our industrial automation products and services, generate leads, build customer relationships, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industrial automation technologies and a passion for marketing and sales. Sales Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and generate high-quality leads through various channels such as inbound marketing, trade shows, referrals, and cold outreach, specifically targeting companies within the industrial automation sector. Customer Engagement & Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients, understand their automation needs, and offer tailored solutions. Product Presentations & Demos : Conduct product demonstrations, sales presentations, and technical discussions to explain the benefits of industrial automation solutions to potential clients. Sales Negotiation & Closing: Lead sales negotiations, handle objections, and close deals, ensuring the alignment of client needs with company offerings. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team sales goals through proactive and consistent efforts . Marketing Responsibilities: Market Research & Trend Analysis: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs in the industrial automation space . Digital Marketing Campaigns: Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and PPC ads, with a focus on generating leads for automation solutions. Content Development: Work with the marketing team to create compelling content, including brochures, case studies, whitepapers, product documentation, and presentations, to support sales efforts and educate clients on automation solutions. Brand Building: Assist in enhancing the company’s online presence and visibility within the industrial automation market through targeted content marketing and thought leadership. Website Optimisation & Lead Generation : Ensure the company website is optimised for lead generation, with updated content that showcases the value of the company’s automation products and services. Sales & Marketing Integration: Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless flow of information, ensuring that marketing materials align with sales strategies and that leads are properly nurtured. CRM Management: Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and follow up on sales opportunities. Reporting & Analytics: Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and sales efforts, analyse key metrics, and provide insights to improve both marketing and sales strategies. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Experience : 1-3 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the industrial automation or B2B sector. Skills: ·      Strong knowledge of industrial automation technologies, products, and applications. ·      Proven track record in lead generation, B2B sales, and customer relationship management. ·      Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing. ·      Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to explain complex automation solutions in a simplified manner. ·      Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
