Key Responsibilities Employee Engagement Conduct monthly one-on-one connects to address employee concerns and career growth. Create engagement analytics and implement actionable programs to boost retention and morale . Talent Acquisition (IT & US Staffing) Manage end-to-end hiring for IT, Non-IT, and US staffing roles , meeting hiring SLAs and ensuring quality hires. Optimize ATS usage and drive sourcing strategies suited for VMS/MSP-based staffing . Collaborate with delivery teams to align talent acquisition with business needs. Vendor & Partner Management Manage contracts, compliance, and timely vendor payments. Maintain strong, escalation-free relationships with recruitment vendors and service providers. Employer Branding Position V Group as an employer of choice in the IT & staffing industry. Manage digital branding on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and professional networks. Represent the company at industry events, job fairs, and networking forums . Learning & Development Identify training needs, especially in IT skills and US staffing best practices . Deliver targeted training programs and measure their effectiveness. Conduct POSH and compliance sessions. Performance Management Oversee KRA/KPI evaluations, salary revisions, and performance improvement plans . Drive a culture of continuous performance feedback . CSR & Stakeholder Management Lead CSR initiatives and community impact programs. Build strong relationships with internal leaders and US-based client stakeholders. Policy, Compliance & Payroll Develop, update, and ensure compliance with HR policies and SOPs. Manage error-free payroll, attendance, and timesheet tracking . Preferred Profile Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: 7–15 years in HRBP or senior HR role with IT services & US staffing background .
