The Motion Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating compelling graphics, motion graphics and design content. Day-to-day tasks include video production, graphic design, and working closely with the marketing team to produce high-quality graphics. The role will also involve brainstorming and conceptualizing new ideas to enhance our visual presence.We are looking for a highly creative and skilledGraphic & Motion Designerto join our team full-time. In this role, you will be responsible for designing visually compellingsocial media content , includingstatic creatives, video animations, reels, and motion graphics . You’ll also assist inbrand asset creationsuch as logos, visual identity elements, and campaign branding. If you're someone who blends creativity with technical design skills and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities: Design engagingsocial media posts(static and animated) for various platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) Createshort video animations , reels, and motion graphics to enhance digital campaigns Assist withbrand asset development , including logo design, style guides, and templates Edit and enhance raw video footage for use in marketing or promotional campaigns Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to conceptualize campaign visuals Maintain consistency across all visuals in line with brand guidelines Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent design tools Solid understanding ofmotion design , typography, layout, and visual storytelling Experience invideo editing , animation, and designing for social media Strong portfolio showcasing design and motion work Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within tight timelines A creative mindset with a passion for innovation and visual storytelling Experience with Canva, Figma, Notion, and similar tools Knowledge of UI/UX principles Experience working in startup environmentsQualifications Proficiency in Graphic Design, Motion Design Experience in Image, Video Production Strong skills in Graphic Design and Graphics Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail Ability to work independently and remotely Strong portfolio showcasing previous motion graphic work Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or related field is preferred
