Collaborate with clients to understand their Time Off requirements for POC, conduct workshops, and design solutions tailored to their requirements. Configure and customize SuccessFactors modules, including Global Time and Employee Central (EC), based on business requirements and industry best practices. Work on the configuration of time types, time profiles, holiday calendars, work schedules, accrual rules, and interim rules, as well as the configuration of payouts, proration, and carryover logic. Work on Configuring Time Valuation Rules, Time Collectors, Overtime Calculations, and Thresholds. Understand the different objects used within the Time Management modules. Have an understanding of Interim and PEP Rules to handle unique business scenarios, offering flexible solutions that adapt to evolving business requirements Develop comprehensive test plans and execute testing to validate module configurations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. Provide clients and project teams with expertise and guidance on SuccessFactors modules' best practices, processes, and regulations. Conduct training sessions for end-users and support teams to facilitate the adoption and operation of SuccessFactors solutions. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors, to ensure seamless integration and data exchange between SuccessFactors and other systems. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SuccessFactors module configurations, including troubleshooting issues, resolving defects, and implementing enhancements. Document configuration changes, test results, and support procedures for knowledge sharing and future reference. Stay informed about SuccessFactors updates, enhancements, best practices, and proactively identify potential option improvements to optimize HR and talent management processes.
