As we expand, we’re looking for a highly skilled Senior User Acquisition (UA) Specialist with deep digital advertising expertise to drive growth and elevate our customer acquisition strategies.Job Overview: As the Senior UA Specialist at Blkbox.ai, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing user acquisition campaigns across various digital channels. Your role will be critical in driving scalable growth by utilizing data-driven strategies and your deep understanding of digital advertising to attract and convert high-quality users. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, creative, and analytics, to ensure our UA strategies align with the company’s broader business goals.This is a senior role ideal for someone with a strong track record in user acquisition, performance marketing, and campaign optimization in the ad tech or digital marketing industry.Key Responsibilities: 1. User Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute end-to-end user acquisition strategies across various digital platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, Unity. Leverage your expertise in digital advertising to drive high-quality traffic, maximize conversion rates, and optimize return on ad spend (ROAS). Create and implement growth strategies that are scalable, data-driven, and aligned with Blkbox.ai’s overall business goals. Collaborate with the product team to align UA efforts with product features and improvements, ensuring that acquisition strategies are targeting the right audience segments. 2. Campaign Management & Optimization: Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost-per-acquisition (CPA), lifetime value (LTV), and ROAS. Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to continuously improve campaign performance. Use advanced analytics and data insights to identify trends, forecast results, and make real-time adjustments to maximize campaign performance. Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad content that resonates with the target audience and drives engagement. 3. Data-Driven Insights & Reporting: Analyze performance metrics, user behavior, and other key data points to gain insights into campaign effectiveness and opportunities for improvement. Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for optimizing user acquisition efforts. Leverage attribution models, cohort analysis, and funnel data to ensure accurate tracking of user acquisition efforts and ROI. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive benchmarks, and new acquisition tactics, adjusting strategies as necessary. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product, analytics, and creative teams to ensure alignment between user acquisition strategies and overall company goals. Collaborate with product managers to develop targeted user acquisition strategies based on product features, user behavior, and market trends. Partner with the analytics team to ensure proper tracking and measurement of campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other ad tech platforms. 5. Budget Management & Forecasting: Manage and allocate UA budgets effectively to maximize growth while maintaining a positive ROI. Forecast and allocate resources for future campaigns, ensuring that spending aligns with the company’s growth objectives and financial goals. Adjust and reallocate budgets as necessary based on real-time performance data and evolving market conditions.Key Qualifications: Experience: 5+ years of experience in user acquisition, performance marketing, or digital advertising, preferably within the ad tech, or digital marketing sectors with agency background. Proven track record of running and optimizing high-budget digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, programmatic networks). Strong understanding of digital ad ecosystems, customer acquisition funnels, and user behavior. Experience in Mobile App Gaming Industry is a must.Technical Skills: Proficient in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and programmatic buying tools. Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms to track and optimize performance. Strong understanding of attribution models, data-driven decision-making, and key metrics like CPA, ROAS, LTV, and conversion rates. Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.Soft Skills: Strategic thinker: Ability to develop long-term, scalable UA strategies that align with business goals and growth targets. Data-driven mindset: Excellent analytical skills with a focus on using data to drive decisions, optimize campaigns, and measure results.
